By downloading, installing and using our mobile game "Olivia's Cozy Cooking" (the "Game", "Service"), you ("you", the "User") agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use ("Terms of Use", "terms"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not download, install nor use the Game.
1. License and Access
MassivePlay Games ("MassivePlay", "we", or "us" or "our"), Kaukaska 4/2 02-760 Warsaw Poland grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms of Use. Please refer to our Privacy Policy to learn more about the types of data we collect and process.
2. User Conduct
When using the game, you agree not to engage in and are prohibited from:
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations,
• Interfering with the proper operation of the Game and/or our Services,
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Game and/or our Services,
• Engaging in any form of cheating or hacking the Game and/or our Services,
• Engaging in any form of cheating or hacking targeted to obtain another User's account in the Game and/or our Services.
You are also prohibited from altering the Game, including (but not limited to): decompiling the Game, extracting any part of the Game's source code or resources to obtain unauthorized access to our Services.
Engaging in any of the listed or similar activities will result in account termination and may lead to legal actions..
3. User Generated Content
By using the Game, you may be able to generate or submit or upload user-generated content. You retain ownership of your content, but
by submitting or uploading it, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license
to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform your content in connection with
the Game.
4. In-App Purchases
Certain elements of the Game may be obtained solely by means of virtual currency ("Virtual Currency" or "Gems"). The Gems can be purchased through the dedicated app store's in-app purchases service. By making an in-app purchase, you agree to pay the specified fees. In-app purchases are subject to the app store's refund policies.
We reserve the sole right to change the Virtual Currency pricing model, special offers, promotions, and/or discounts at any time, without notice.
5. Account Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Game at our discretion, without notice, for any
reason, including if you violate these Terms of Use.
User can discontinue the Service by uninstalling the Game. User has the right to request account deletion by in-game request link or by contacting us at: support@massiveplay.games. The retention of personal data is subject to the terms outlined in our Privacy Policy.
6. Changes to these Terms of Use
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the
updated terms on this page.
7. Disclaimers
While the Game is provided 'as is' without any warranties, express or implied, we want to emphasize our commitment to delivering the best possible experience. We undertake all possible measures to identify, attend to, and resolve any known issues promptly. However, it is important to note that we do not guarantee the Game will be error-free or uninterrupted, nor do we assure that defects will be corrected. Your use of the Game is at your own risk, but rest assured, we are dedicated to addressing and resolving any challenges to enhance your overall gaming experience.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Your use or inability to use the Game, including but not limited to disruptions caused by hosting malfunctions or failures, which may lead to temporary unavailability of the service.
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein, even in the event of a pause in app store authorization services, which could result in the compromise of sensitive data.
• Discontinuation of services due to unforeseen events, accidents, or other circumstances beyond our control, leading to potential data loss or interruption of the gaming experience.
It is essential to acknowledge that these potential scenarios are beyond our direct control, and we strive to minimize their impact while providing the best possible gaming experience.
9. Intellectual Property and Copyrights
- Ownership: Our games/applications, including all content, features, and intellectual property associated with it/them, is the exclusive property of MassivePlay Games and respective authors. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.
- Prohibited Actions (as listed but not limited to):
- Alteration: Altering the Game in any form is strictly prohibited.
- Derivative Works: Creating derivative works, adaptations, or modifications based on the Game, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited.
- Distribution: Unauthorized distribution, sharing, or making the Game available to others without explicit consent is strictly prohibited.
- Reverse Engineering: Any attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game or any of its components is expressly forbidden.
- Third-Party Tools: The use of third-party tools or software that may enable cheating, hacking, or any form of unauthorized access to the Game and/or our Services is prohibited.
- Copyright Notice: Our games/applications are protected by copyright laws and international treaties. Any infringement of these rights will result in legal action.
- In-Game nad Gameplay Content Sharing:
- Screenshots and Videos: Sharing in-game content and progress via screenshots or videos on social media platforms is allowed.
- Attribution: When sharing in-game content, proper attribution and/or information about The Game should be provided.
- Non-Commercial Use: Shared content should be for non-commercial purposes only. Monetizing or commercially exploiting the shared material without explicit permission is prohibited.
- User Contributions: By sharing in-game content, individuals grant MassivePlay Games a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display the content in connection with the Game and MassivePlay Games's promotional activities.
These rules and regulations are in place to protect the integrity of the Game and ensure a fair and enjoyable experience for all. Any breach of these provisions may result in the termination of access to the Game and legal action.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland. Any
dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the
courts in Poland.
